Stonecasa is a stone design exhibition held in Shuitou, Fujian, China's main stone production area. The event invites designers to create new products or artworks using stone. Insdim will participate in the 2024 edition.
Inspired by the idea of stone as the earth's skeleton, formed over time, we created a set of watch stands from marble. The design abstracts the shape of bone joints, giving the collection its name, Bone. One can easily remove a watch worn throughout the day and place it gently on the stand, as if ‘wearing’ it on the bone.
